• Karmel Villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms.
• Additional bedding may be arranged upon request (subject to availability and extra charges).
• The villa is ideal for families, couples, and small groups seeking privacy and relaxation.

🍽 Meals & Kitchen Use

• Guests are welcome to use the villa’s fully equipped kitchen to prepare their own meals.
• An in-house chef service is available upon request for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring Sri Lankan and international cuisine.
• Please maintain cleanliness after using the kitchen and handle all appliances with care.
• Outdoor BBQ facilities are available for guest use — kindly inform staff in advance.

🏊‍♀️ Pool & Outdoor Areas

• The private infinity pool and garden spaces are exclusively for in-house guests.
• Children must always be supervised by an adult while using the pool.
• For your safety, please avoid swimming after dark or under the influence of alcohol.
• Pool towels are provided; kindly avoid taking them outside the villa.

🚭 Smoking Policy

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Smoking inside bedrooms, living rooms, or enclosed spaces is strictly prohibited.

🐾 Pets

• To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed unless prior permission is granted by management.

🔇 Noise & Conduct

• Karmel Villa is a place of peace and tranquility. Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Parties, loud music, or external events are not permitted unless pre-approved by management.
• Any damage to villa property or disturbance to neighbors may result in additional charges.

💳 Payment Policy

• 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 50% must be settled 21 days before arrival.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer (details provided at confirmation).
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the initial deposit.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• More than 21 days before arrival: No cancellation fee.
• 21 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Less than 14 days or No-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• In exceptional situations such as flight restrictions or pandemics, date changes are permitted, subject to availability and rate differences.

• We kindly request guests to help us conserve energy and water whenever possible.
• Please treat villa furnishings, linens, and décor with care — any damage or missing items may incur charges.
