Booking Information
Rates & Inclusions
- Rates vary by season and length of stay.
- All stays include daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and access to all villa facilities.
- Chef services and airport transfers are available upon request.
Reservation Process
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided at confirmation).
Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before arrival: Full refund.
- 21–14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days or no-show: No refund.
Payment Details
To confirm your reservation at Karmel Villa, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 21 days prior to arrival.
All bookings will be confirmed only after the initial payment has been received.

- Cash Payment – Accepted for final settlement upon arrival, if pre-approved.
